Manual sealer

For a small production or for market testing, TOYO JIDOKI has developed a series of manual sealers (composed of a liquid hopper, a solid doser and a sealing unit) designed for pouches from 80 to 450 mm wide.

For test series, TOYO JIDOKI has developed a range of semi-automatic machines composed of a liquid tank, a solid dosing tank an a sealing device.

For pouches from 80 to 450 mm wide.

Spout pouches also possible.

This equipment has been developed according to Japanese know-how and experience in the field of productivity, flexibility and compacity. It nevertheless complies to European hygiene and safety norms.
